ACMV Installation Site Coordinator

About the role

The ACMV Installation Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the complete installation of air‑conditioning and mechanical‑ventilation systems on construction sites. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule all ACMV installation activities, aligning with the overall project timeline.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet daily site requirements.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure timely deliveries and execution.
• Set up the installation site and supervise the installation of ducting, piping, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, BMS, ESCS, Jet Fan systems, and related components.
• Enforce safety regulations, ensuring all personnel use PPE and follow safety protocols.
• Monitor quality to guarantee work complies with project specifications and drawings.
• Troubleshoot technical and site issues, providing on‑site technical assistance and recommending adjustments.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client, engineers, designers, BIM team, and project manager.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, inspection logs, material usage records, and variation documentation.

Required profile

Required skills

• Knowledge of ACMV system installation
• Familiarity with ducting, piping, chillers, AHUs, FCUs
• Understanding of BMS, ESCS, and Jet Fan systems
• Ability to coordinate resources and schedules
• Strong safety compliance awareness
