About the role
A permanent, five-day-a-week ACMV project manager position in Singapore, advertised by Recruitment Alliance on behalf of an established BCA-registered ACMV company. The role covers the design, construction and testing of building air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the design, construction and testing of building ACMV systems.
- Collaborate with engineers to define project specifications.
- Approve resources (manpower, equipment, materials) and manage budgets.
- Plan project schedules and phases to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate equipment and material purchases with engineers.
- Supervise work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, lead meetings and handle project communication.
Required profile
- 5+ years of ACMV/HVAC/M&E project management experience.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
