About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level Admin Assistant to support daily operations at our Raffles Place office in Singapore. The position involves preparing reports, managing orders and inventory, and handling customer communications within a 5‑day, 44‑hour work week.

Key responsibilities

Prepare reports for management.
Manage order status, track inventory and coordinate with logistics teams.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide order updates.
Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies and assist with stock management.
Process returns, issue refunds and resolve customer complaints.
Provide operational support to catering functions as needed.

Required profile

Food Hygiene Certification.
Independent, proactive and positive attitude.
Willingness to provide operations support on an as‑needed basis.

Required skills

Microsoft Excel – proficient with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas and data linking.
Microsoft PowerPoint – capable of preparing graphs and slides for management reporting.
Food Hygiene Certification.
