About the role
The Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support to the office and assist the sales team with day‑to‑day tasks. The role involves handling frontline clerical duties, responding to enquiries and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and respond to general enquiries.
- Receive and greet walk‑in visitors.
- Perform frontline clerical duties and provide ad‑hoc support to the sales team.
- Enter invoices into the system accurately.
- Receive, transfer and manage stock items.
- Maintain inventory control and perform project‑based administrative work.
Required profile
- Minimum O’ Levels or equivalent with passes in English, Chinese and Mathematics.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (both oral and written) to communicate with Mandarin‑speaking customers and suppliers.
- At least one year of similar administrative experience is a plus.
- Team player, fast learner, energetic and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Available to start immediately and Singaporean citizenship required.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
