Admin Cum Account Assistant

About the role

Join a well‑established learning centre dedicated to children with special needs. As an Admin Cum Account Assistant you will ensure the centre runs smoothly by handling both administrative tasks and financial processes with precision.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to maintain efficient centre operations.
• Prepare, issue and track billing and invoicing records, ensuring timely payment collection.
• Perform daily record‑keeping duties, including accurate data entry and systematic filing.
• Communicate professionally with families regarding payments, schedules and related enquiries.
• Assist with ad‑hoc tasks that support the centre’s operational and service requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite (training provided for the web‑based billing system).
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record‑keeping.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with families and colleagues.

What we offer

• Salary range SGD 3,200 – 3,500 per month
• Full‑time, permanent position
• Work location: 458A Joo Chiat Road, Singapore
• Working hours: Tuesday‑Saturday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
