Admin Cum Sales Executive

About the role

The Admin Cum Sales Executive will manage the day‑to‑day administrative operations of Aurora Art Beauty & Wellness Academy while actively supporting student enquiries, course sales and enrolments. This hybrid role blends office administration with customer‑focused sales to help achieve the Academy’s recruitment and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks such as answering calls, WhatsApp messages and emails.
• Maintain accurate student and customer records, quotations, invoices and enrolment documents.
• Prepare and manage course registration, contracts and filing systems.
• Coordinate classroom schedules, training arrangements and office supplies.
• Respond to prospective student enquiries, explain courses, fees and career pathways, and convert leads into enrolments.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and keep sales records up to date.
• Provide professional customer service, address feedback and escalate complex issues.
• Support international student enquiries and coordinate with internal teams.
• Assist the Marketing Executive with campaigns, social‑media leads and promotional material preparation.
