Admin Executive – Family Service Centre (Bukit Panjang)

About the role

The Family Service Centre in Bukit Panjang is seeking an Admin Executive to support its mission of providing culturally sensitive, client‑centred services. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, data governance and compliance across the centre.

Key responsibilities

• Manage casework administration, including enquiry handling, client data maintenance, documentation and reporting.
• Oversee centre‑wide administrative functions such as office upkeep, facilities coordination, vendor management, procurement and finance processes.
• Act as Data Protection Officer, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support internal and external audits, preparing documentation and tracking follow‑up actions.
• Lead change‑management initiatives and serve as Workplace Safety and Health Officer, coordinating safety drills and compliance checks.
• Provide logistical support for centre‑based programmes, events and other operational activities.
• Undertake ad‑hoc projects and duties to enhance centre operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• 2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in the social service or non‑profit sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
