About the role
We are looking for an Admin Executive to be the first point of contact for our office, handling phone and email enquiries and supporting day‑to‑day administrative operations. The role combines receptionist duties with general office coordination to ensure smooth workflow and keep the front desk running efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage email enquiries during working hours.
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Coordinate routine administrative tasks and maintain office records.
- Support basic HR functions such as managing staff uniforms.
- Perform data entry and update office databases.
- Maintain office stock such as stationery, pantry supplies and sundry items, and ensure proper ordering.
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative projects and ad‑hoc duties as required.
Required profile
- Minimum O Level certification.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
