About the role

We are looking for an Admin Sales Assistant to join a marine and offshore client in West Singapore. The role focuses on order processing, handling customer enquiries and supporting the sales team on transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

Manage the shared mailbox, prioritising urgent email and fax requests.
Issue Delivery Orders (DOs) and cash invoices accurately and promptly.
Monitor outstanding enquiries and follow up with third‑party vendors on product matters.
Verify Purchase Orders for pricing, stock availability, terms and shipping conditions.
Act as the subject‑matter expert for Class A key‑customer enquiries and quotations, supporting team members to ensure seamless coverage.

Required profile

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience in quotation preparation and sales order processing.
