About the role
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative operations at our award‑winning law firm. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, maintain physical and electronic filing systems, and assist with data entry, document preparation, and report compilation.
- Process and submit claims with complete supporting documents, handle invoice processing, and liaise with Finance for clarifications.
- Source vendors, obtain quotations, compare costs, and support procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services while maintaining purchase records.
- Manage mailroom duties, receive and distribute mail and parcels, arrange outgoing courier services, attend to visitors, answer phone calls, and oversee meeting‑room bookings.
Required profile
- GCE ‘O’ and ‘A’ Levels, Polytechnic Diploma or higher (relevant experience may be considered).
- 0–2 years of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
- Willingness to provide support across different administrative functions.
