Administrative Assistant – Residential Property Management

About the role
CBRE is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support its Residential Property Management team in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for tenants, handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks and ensuring smooth building operations.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phones, communicate with tenants, and manage correspondence.
- File, copy, and maintain records such as insurance certificates and leases.
- Collaborate with building technicians and vendors to compile maintenance item lists.
- Prepare lease administration documents, including lease abstracts, set‑ups, changes, and reports.
- Enter invoices into the accounting system, forward originals for payment, and support rent‑collection communications.
- Follow established procedures to resolve routine issues under close supervision.
Required profile
- Diploma/Nitec or N/O Level certificate with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Basic math ability for simple calculations (percentages, discounts, mark‑ups).
- Availability to work 5.5 days per week.
