About the role

PwC’s Advanced Polytechnic Graduate Pathway Programme offers recent polytechnic graduates a fast‑track entry into the General Assurance practice. As a General Assurance Assistant Associate you will join a dynamic audit team, supporting client engagements from planning through to completion while developing the technical foundation for a future Chartered Accountant qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Assist audit engagements across various industries, from planning to final reporting.
• Analyse financial data, test internal controls and help identify key insights for clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, learning from managers, partners and peers.
• Utilise PwC’s digital audit tools, data analytics and AI‑powered platforms to enhance audit efficiency.
• Develop commercial awareness by understanding business operations across sectors.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and independence.

Required profile

• Diploma in Accountancy or a related business discipline from a recognised local polytechnic.
• Curious, growth‑mindset with a willingness to receive feedback and continuously learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage diverse stakeholders.
