Affiliate & Growth Networks Specialist

About the role

Blockchain.com is seeking an Affiliate & Growth Networks Specialist to own the end‑to‑end partner ecosystem. The role focuses on acquiring high‑net‑worth and high‑volume users for the wealth.blockchain.com suite and scaling broader affiliate networks for retail products.

Key responsibilities

• Build, scale, and optimise Blockchain.com’s global Web3 affiliate and partner network.
• Execute aggressive daily outreach campaigns to recruit high‑signal affiliates, trading communities, and Web3 micro‑influencers.
• Leverage personal network of whales, heavy traders, and community founders from day one.
• Design custom incentive structures to drive users to wealth.blockchain.com, perpetuals, and token launch pools.
• Manage lifecycle of top‑earning affiliates, providing bespoke assets, early product access, and feedback loops.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, content and Legal/Compliance to execute promotions.
• Track, analyse, and report on performance, identifying partners delivering highest customer LTV.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience in affiliate marketing, business development or growth partnerships within Web3, DeFi or crypto exchanges.
• Deep, authentic crypto literacy with active on‑chain participation and understanding of liquidity sourcing, derivatives, perps and tokenomics.
• Proven, referenceable network of active Web3 affiliates, alpha groups, Telegram signal rooms or copy‑trading communities.
• Relentless outreach mindset; comfortable with cold pitching and navigating closed networks.
• Strong understanding of referral tooling and data attribution mechanics, including tracking links, cookies and on‑chain referral contracts.
• Excellent negotiation skills to build win‑win commission structures while maintaining healthy CAC.
