AI Business Partner

About the role

You will join a leading financial institution as an AI Business Partner within the AI Strategy Office. This newly created position bridges business units and AI capabilities, driving adoption of AI solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an AI evangelist, translating business pain points into AI opportunities and promoting AI‑powered tools.
• Shape the firm‑wide AI strategy by identifying, prioritising, and resourcing high‑impact AI initiatives.
• Simplify AI governance and compliance, ensuring smooth collaboration between business users, technical teams, and risk & compliance functions.
• Present AI roadmaps and progress to Board and C‑suite executives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of technology program or project management experience in financial services or the public sector.
• Proven experience as an enterprise‑level evangelist for AI or data science initiatives.
• Strong ability to communicate with senior leadership and influence decision‑making.
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks with the capability to enforce policies.
