AI Content Marketing & Activation Associate

About the role

The AI Content Marketing & Activation Associate will support ENGGSOL's Digital InfraCo marketing team by creating and delivering AI‑enhanced content and marketing activities for its digital infrastructure and AI businesses. You will use generative AI and digital tools to turn technical information into clear, engaging marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Use generative AI tools for research, ideation, drafting, editing and repurposing of marketing content.
• Produce LinkedIn posts, website copy, email communications, short articles, event invitations, presentation materials, video scripts and interview questions.
• Adapt existing content for social media, email, websites and events while ensuring brand consistency.
• Maintain content calendars, coordinate reviews and approvals.
• Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn, YouTube, websites and email platforms; update basic website and landing‑page content.
• Monitor content performance metrics and prepare simple performance reports.
• Support coordination of customer events, webinars, conferences and partner activities, handling invitations, registrations, branding and logistics.
• Convert event discussions and recordings into reusable marketing assets.
• Coordinate deliverables, maintain organized records of assets, and work with designers, agencies and external partners.

Required profile

• Proactive individual comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written communication skills to translate technical information into clear marketing copy.
