AI Data Operation Specialist – TikTok LIVE (Vietnamese Speaking)

About the role

Join TikTok LIVE’s fast‑growing livestream team as an AI Data Operation Specialist. You will lead quality initiatives for content moderation, combining human labeling with advanced machine‑learning models, including Large Language Models, to ensure a safe and engaging experience for users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Benchmark and maintain high‑quality content standards across BPO teams, handling onboarding, training, policy clarifications, calibrations and arbitration.
• Label content for specific queues, analyse trends, and deliver actionable insights to project teams.
• Train and fine‑tune AI models using large labeled datasets, support data preparation, cleaning and structuring, and collaborate with algorithm teams to close gaps in LLM decision‑making.
• Analyse moderation and labeling data across multiple queues to identify process or market trends and support impact analysis.
• Maintain all quality‑related artifacts and devise creative, technology‑driven solutions to improve individual and team output.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Communications or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI data operations, content quality management or product operations, preferably in a tech or digital‑content environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, high ownership and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset for process improvement.
