AI Factory Data Scientist Associate – Risk Services

About the role

PwC’s Risk Services practice is launching an AI Factory to accelerate AI‑driven solutions for clients. As a Data Scientist Associate you will join a network of technologists and consultants to develop generative AI models and deliver data‑focused insights that support risk management and business resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain generative AI and large language model (LLM) solutions for client projects.
• Apply data analysis techniques to explore, clean, and extract insights from large datasets.
• Collaborate with risk‑management stakeholders to communicate findings and support decision‑making.
• Lead end‑to‑end project phases, from requirement clarification to research methodology design.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Strong academic foundation in quantitative analysis and statistical modelling.
• Demonstrated interest in AI, risk services, or consulting environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and open‑source AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with big‑data processing and machine‑learning pipelines.
• Knowledge of numerical programming frameworks and data‑analysis libraries.
