AI Hub Senior Manager / Director

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Manager or Director to lead its AI Hub. As a leader, you will turn raw data into actionable insights, design and develop data solutions for clients, and apply data, algorithms and software engineering to build and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions. You will also set strategic direction, lead business development, oversee multiple projects and maintain executive-level client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of AI systems that turn raw data into actionable insights
• Oversee scalable AI and machine learning solutions using advanced technologies
• Co-lead the AI Hub technical team, supporting technical direction, collaboration and delivery
• Drive business growth by identifying market needs and turning opportunities into results
• Mentor and guide AI engineering teams to encourage innovation and creativity
• Collaborate with clients to shape AI-driven engagements and solutions
• Manage complex data analysis and integration to support AI model implementation
• Implement data infrastructure and quality measures for reliable AI solutions

Required profile

• Minimum 9 to 12 years' experience across data, AI and analytics, including several years in consulting or a comparable internal transformation role leading initiatives from strategy through delivery
• Proven leadership with a track record of managing teams and delivering complex, enterprise-level projects
• Solid grounding in machine learning fundamentals and hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one back-end language (e.g. Python)
• Familiarity with at least one front-end language (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Data infrastructure, data integration, data modeling and data quality
