AI-Integrated Final Artworker

About the role

WPP Production is seeking an AI‑Integrated Final Artworker to be the last quality checkpoint for global campaign assets. You will combine expert design craftsmanship with cutting‑edge AI tools to deliver pixel‑perfect, print‑ready and platform‑optimised artwork for a variety of media.

Key responsibilities

• Produce final artwork for print, digital, OOH and social campaigns, ensuring technical accuracy and brand consistency.
• Leverage AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion and Generative Fill to accelerate retouching, background extension, asset adaptation and layout generation.
• Adapt master artworks into multiple formats and sizes for international markets while meeting tight deadlines.
• Prepare and package files for print production, applying correct colour profiles, bleed, resolution and pre‑press specifications.
• Conduct meticulous QA checks on typography, colour, imagery and legal copy before delivery.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers and Traffic Managers throughout the production pipeline.
• Evaluate emerging AI production tools and contribute to internal best‑practice documentation.
• Maintain organised asset libraries and version control across active projects.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of final artwork experience in an agency, studio or in‑house production environment.
• Comfort working in a hybrid model with regular office collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight production schedules.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion and Generative Fill.
• Knowledge of colour management, bleed, resolution and pre‑press requirements.
