Customer Experience & Gen UI Designer

About the role

We are seeking a forward‑thinking Customer Experience & Gen UI Designer to join Cheil Worldwide’s digital platform CRO team. The role blends UX/UI design, conversion optimisation and generative‑AI‑driven interfaces to craft high‑performing ecommerce journeys for direct‑to‑consumer platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually engaging and responsive customer experiences across ecommerce touchpoints.
• Analyse behavioural and performance data to uncover UX and conversion improvement opportunities.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, UI concepts and A/B‑tested experiences to boost conversion, engagement and satisfaction.
• Conceptualise and deliver GenUI experiences such as AI‑assisted journeys, conversational interfaces, adaptive content and dynamic personalised UI modules.
• Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping and content generation workflows.
• Collaborate with CRM, personalization and onsite teams to deliver behaviour‑led contextual experiences.
• Work with developers and content teams to design reusable templates, modules and components within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring alignment with design systems and responsive authoring.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and behavioural analysis, and present insights through clear storytelling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI, CRO or customer‑experience design, preferably in D2C ecommerce.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, interaction design, experimentation and data‑driven problem solving.
• Experience designing within Adobe Experience Manager environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) component design.
