AI-Native Lead (Software Tech Lead)

About the role

Palo IT is looking for an AI‑Native Lead to own technical direction and delivery for engineering teams. You will embed generative AI into daily workflows and drive high‑quality, fast product delivery using the Gen‑E2 methodology.

Key responsibilities

• Define technical roadmap, provide full‑stack expertise and enforce code‑quality standards.
• Champion AI‑assisted development, testing and documentation, establishing prompt‑engineering and output‑validation guardrails.
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of engineers, managing performance, career development and recruitment.
• Collaborate with clients and sales teams to design solutions, shape proposals and contribute to reusable assets.
• Ensure delivery excellence through automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring and analytics.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on software development, including recent client and team management experience.
• Proven track record leading and mentoring full‑stack engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in full‑stack development (ReactJS, NodeJS/Java/Python) and solution architecture.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated daily use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot.
