AI Recruiter

About the role

Trulyyy is expanding its AI recruitment desk in Singapore and seeks an AI Recruiter to drive end‑to‑end talent acquisition for AI‑focused clients. You will work with a warm portfolio of AI cloud, GPU infrastructure providers, research labs and fast‑growing startups.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and map mid‑senior and leadership talent for roles such as AI Cloud & GPU Infrastructure Engineers, Research Scientists, ML Engineers, LLM/AIGC Engineers and AI Product Managers.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from job‑description interpretation and candidate assessment to interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding follow‑through.
• Build and continuously update a talent map of the AI ecosystem (research, infrastructure, applied AI, AIGC) to anticipate current and future client needs.

Required profile

• Open to junior, mid‑level or senior candidates; junior applicants should have at least 1 year of full‑time or 6 months of internship experience in tech recruitment.
• Strong interest in AI technologies and the ability to quickly learn concepts such as GPU/HPC, LLM infrastructure, AIGC and ML/algorithm roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with a results‑oriented, independent yet collaborative mindset.
