AI Security & Automation Lead

About the role

The AI Security & Automation Lead will shape our client‑facing AI security services and drive internal AI‑enabled automation. Reporting to the Head of Security Operations & Delivery, you will be the organisation’s AI specialist, responsible for building AI‑driven workflows and new service lines in AI governance and red‑team testing.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI‑assisted tools for vulnerability prioritisation, SOC alert triage, reconnaissance and automated report generation.
• Create and deliver AI governance assessments aligned with ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF and the EU AI Act for client AI deployments.
• Lead AI red‑team engagements, testing LLMs and AI agents for prompt injection, data leakage, jailbreak resistance and workflow abuse.
• Champion AI adoption across delivery teams through hands‑on training and enablement.
• Collaborate with security operations to ensure automation reduces delivery time and error rates.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in cybersecurity (penetration testing, security engineering or SOC).
• Hands‑on experience applying AI/ML or LLM tooling to security processes.
• Familiarity with at least one AI governance framework (ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF or EU AI Act) or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate emerging AI threats into practical solutions.
