AI Solutions Architect - Presales

About the role

The AI Solutions Architect – Presales is a technical pre‑sales partner supporting enterprise customers across APAC. You will translate business requirements into end‑to‑end AI solutions and work closely with sales, partners, and delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical counterpart to AI sales leads in customer‑facing engagements, providing architectural depth and solution credibility.
• Translate business problems into AI solution architectures covering GPU/compute infrastructure, data platforms, AI/ML frameworks, networking, storage, and application layers.
• Design and present technical proposals, reference architectures, and proof‑of‑concept plans.
• Conduct discovery sessions to assess infrastructure readiness, workload requirements, integration complexity, and deployment considerations.
• Develop solution designs, sizing models, and technical specifications, ensuring feasibility and accurate handover to delivery teams.
• Participate in scope reviews, statements of work validation, and regional AI team activities such as pipeline reviews and account planning.
• Provide technical AI training, architecture overviews, and enablement sessions for field sales teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in technical pre‑sales, solutions architecture, or advanced engineering within a technology solutions provider, OEM, cloud provider, or consulting environment.
• Hands‑on experience designing AI/ML infrastructure and platforms, capable of white‑boarding end‑to‑end AI architectures.
• Proven ability to operate in a revenue‑generating pre‑sales environment and translate technical complexity into business‑relevant narratives.
