AI Trainer – Audio (English)

About the role

We are seeking detail‑oriented English speakers to improve the quality of conversational speech data for AI systems. You will edit automatically generated transcripts, correct errors, and align timestamps so that the text matches the audio precisely.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to natural, conversational US English audio recordings.
• Review and edit ASR‑generated transcripts according to client conventions.
• Adjust start and end timestamps for each segment to ensure accurate alignment.
• Maintain high accuracy, consistency, and speed across all assigned files.
• Follow detailed instructions and meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Auditory proficiency at C1 level or higher in English.
• Written English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work precisely.
• Comfort with casual speech, disfluencies, slang, and regional accents.
• Experience in transcription, subtitling, annotation, or speech‑to‑text editing.
• Familiarity with audio‑text alignment workflows.
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
