About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our air freight export team in Singapore. The role is based on an afternoon shift and offers a junior‑level entry point into international logistics.

Key responsibilities

Review customer documentation and generate Air Waybills (AWBs) while issuing pre‑alerts.
Communicate shipping instructions with customers and overseas stations.
Prepare export permit declarations in compliance with regulations.
Monitor shipment status and perform regular checks to ensure timely delivery.
Undertake any ad‑hoc duties assigned by the operations team.

Required profile

Junior executive level; no prior experience required.
Willingness to work an afternoon shift, 5.5 days per week with alternating Saturdays off after probation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedural guidelines.
