Airport Lounge Attendant – Changi Airport

About the role

The Lounge Attendant ensures a clean, welcoming, and hygienic environment for passengers using the airline’s transit lounge at Changi Airport. You will promptly clear and reset tables, manage used tableware, and support the overall guest experience in a fast‑paced airport setting.

Key responsibilities

• Clear tables of used crockery, cutlery, glassware and other items immediately after guest use.
• Wipe down and sanitize tables and seating areas to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Transport used tableware to the dishwashing area, ensuring proper segregation.
• Assist in resetting tables with clean tableware and napkins as required.
• Monitor lounge areas for spills or messes and respond quickly to maintain a tidy environment.
• Support the food and beverage team by replenishing service stations with clean items.
• Follow all health, safety and hygiene protocols in line with airport and company standards.
• Provide courteous service to guests when approached and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Basic communication skills.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
