Airport Solutions Lead

About the role

A global technology organization is hiring a Lead Airport Solutions Consultant in Singapore to drive strategic opportunities and technology-led transformation across the aviation and airport sector. This is a strategic, customer-facing role combining airport operations knowledge, technology innovation and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new opportunities for the company's technology products and services by engaging airport operators and understanding their operational challenges.
• Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas, identifying unmet market needs and enhancing existing offerings or developing new technology solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with senior airport stakeholders, decision-makers and industry partners to understand their strategic priorities.
• Translate airport operational requirements and customer feedback into product concepts, working with internal technology and product teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, competitor offerings and market gaps to find new growth areas.
• Partner with business development and account teams on strategic pursuits, customer presentations, bids and proposals.
• Engage airport customers to validate new solution concepts and support pilots, proof-of-concepts and innovation initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience in the aviation or airport industry, with a strong understanding of airport operations and associated technologies.
• Degree in Aviation, Engineering, Operations Management, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience engaging senior airport stakeholders, building industry relationships and influencing strategic discussions.
• Exposure to business development, technology consulting, solution development or airport transformation initiatives is advantageous.
