AIX Field Service Engineering Director

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking an experienced leader to head field service engineering for its AIX segment in Singapore. The role will guide regional teams, own the business outcomes, and drive digital transformation across the service organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction through managers.
• Manages and owns the regional operation.
• Executes segment and functional business plans and contributes to strategy development.
• Directs and controls activities of a broad functional area.
• Ensures decisions align with segment functional strategy and priorities.

Required profile

• Demonstrates depth of expertise in Computer Integrated Manufacturing, data ingestion and analysis.
• Applies broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance.
• Leads high‑performance teams and resolves complex business problems with advanced analytical judgment.
• Negotiates and influences senior executives and external partners.
