AML Post-Onboarding Review Analyst (Contract)

About the role

The AML Post-Onboarding Review Analyst will support the bank's compliance function by conducting periodic KYC/CDD reviews and assessing account structures. This contract position runs until December 2026 and is based islandwide in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct periodic KYC/CDD reviews for clients and financial intermediaries.
• Perform independent assessments of account structures, source of wealth and source of funds.
• Collaborate with Front Office to address review gaps and red‑flags within set deadlines.
• Track AML exit cases related to financial crime and reputational risk.
• Coordinate cross‑functional working groups across Compliance, Operations, Technology and Front Office.
• Support Client Lifecycle Management Target Operating Model initiatives.
• Develop SOPs, process flows, training materials and related documentation.
• Deliver training to Front Office on AML policy updates.
• Prepare management reports and assist with ad‑hoc AML projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in AML/KYC, compliance or banking controls.
• Strong knowledge of AML risks such as PEP, sanctions and reputational risk.
• Familiarity with MAS, HKMA, FATF and Wolfsberg standards.
• Understanding of banking products and account structures.
• Excellent analytical, project‑management and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of VBA.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Familiarity with JIRA or other Agile tools.
