Analog/Mix Signal IC Design Engineer

About the role

Our client, a global leader in ICT infrastructure and smart devices, is seeking a Senior Analog/Mixed‑Signal IC Design Engineer to join their team in Singapore. The role focuses on designing, developing and evaluating connectivity ICs for short‑range wireless applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and evaluate connectivity ICs for short‑range RF wireless standards such as Bluetooth, WLAN, Zigbee, NFC, GNSS and IoT.
• Develop and verify RF/Analog/Mixed‑Signal blocks including PA, LNA, Mixer, VCO, Filter, VGA, PLL, AD/DA converters and power‑management units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Microelectronics, Digital Communications, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently, with strong analytical, communication and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• RFIC design experience using CMOS, SiGe or GaAs processes.
• Proficiency with CAD/verification tools such as Cadence, Keysight and Mentor Graphics.
• Hands‑on design of RF/Analog/Mixed‑Signal blocks (PA, LNA, Mixer, VCO, Filter, VGA, PLL, AD/DA, PMU).
• Knowledge of mixed‑signal system design and PLL/frequency synthesizer implementation.
• Experience with RF test equipment for performance evaluation.
• Scripting skills in Perl, MATLAB or similar languages (advantageous).
