Analytics Manager II, Financial Services

About the role

You will lead the payments analytics team, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Business and Data Science partners to define data strategies, track ecosystem metrics and unlock growth levers. You will evaluate new payment features and provide high‑impact recommendations to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Model business opportunities and adapt in‑production models across regional markets to accelerate product velocity.
• Design, execute, and evaluate controlled experiments with product and engineering teams to guide rollout decisions.
• Build advanced statistical and econometric models (mixed‑effects, causal inference, anomaly detection) to measure user behavior and monitor product health.
• Establish analytics standards and frameworks, mentor analysts, and drive adoption of GenAI workflows for efficiency.

Required profile

• 7+ years in product or business analytics within fintech, banking or consumer tech, handling large‑scale, high‑velocity data.
• 2+ years managing or mentoring analytics professionals across distributed teams.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience building dashboards with PowerBI or Tableau.
• Hands‑on experience with Python, PySpark/Spark and experimental design (A/B, multivariate, causal inference).
