APAC Digital & Social Commerce Intern

About the role

Haleon is looking for a motivated, digitally savvy person to join its APAC Regional Digital & Social Commerce team as an intern. The internship gives the intern a chance to help accelerate digital and social commerce across markets, working with country teams, external partners and cross-functional stakeholders. The preferred period is January 2027 to June/July 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Support the regional Digital Data Foundation initiative by gathering requirements, validating outputs and tracking progress with market teams and technology partners.
• Help implement regional digital transformation projects, tracking workstreams and assisting the rollout of new capabilities in content, commerce, data and Martech.
• Support scaling of content, creator and affiliate capabilities, including content operations, agency ecosystem evaluation and affiliate performance tracking.
• Partner with external agencies to build AI-enabled solutions that audit and optimise Product Detail Page content, focusing on imagery, completeness, discoverability and conversion.
• Track project milestones with market teams and agencies, consolidate regional performance updates and support monthly D Com dashboards and global reporting.
• Research emerging digital commerce technologies, digital retail media and AI applications in conversion optimisation.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Digital Commerce, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Digital fluency and a strong interest in digital commerce, social commerce, AI and emerging technologies.
• Active user of digital commerce and social platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Instagram and YouTube.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with commercial awareness.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and able to manage several projects at once.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with data visualisation and analytics tools is a plus.
