APAC Sales Manager – FMCG/Supplement

About the role

The APAC Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion across the Asia‑Pacific region for a leading FMCG and supplement portfolio. You will lead distributor relationships, launch new products and shape go‑to‑market strategies in multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve regional sales targets, including revenue and growth objectives.
• Develop and manage distributor partnerships throughout APAC.
• Lead pricing negotiations, annual business planning and commercial contracts.
• Execute product launches and coordinate marketing initiatives.
• Create go‑to‑market strategies for multiple markets and identify new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, retailers and key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, medical and supply‑chain teams.
• Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Life Sciences or a related field.
• More than five years of regional sales experience, preferably in APAC.
• Background in healthcare, pharma, nutraceuticals or FMCG is advantageous.
• Proven track record of managing distributor‑led markets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrix‑organised environment.
