Appian Developer – BPM Applications

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Appian Developer to design, develop, and deploy BPM solutions on the Appian platform. The role involves creating responsive SAIL interfaces, building process models, and integrating with external systems in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Appian BPM applications including SAIL, Process Models, CDTs, Records, and Sites.
• Build responsive, scalable, and user‑friendly SAIL interfaces.
• Develop and optimise process workflows, business rules, data models, and integrations.
• Implement integrations using Web APIs, REST/SOAP services, and database connectors.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Analyse business requirements, provide effort estimates, and support sprint planning.
• Troubleshoot issues and support deployment and production activities.
• Ensure compliance with Appian security standards, performance optimisation, and design best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Appian BPM development experience.
• Proven experience delivering solutions in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of Appian deployment processes and performance tuning.
