Application Developer

About the role

We are seeking a curious and motivated Application Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of software solutions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build applications, analyse data, and contribute to research‑driven insights in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and enhancement of software applications based on business and project requirements.
• Apply established research methods and explore new approaches to generate insights on user behaviour and data trends.
• Assist in building and maintaining dashboards to present data clearly and support decision‑making.
• Contribute to developing and maintaining systems for tracking performance metrics.
• Apply basic analytical and problem‑solving techniques to support solution development.
• Work with team members to improve data interpretation, research quality, and application performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Some exposure to software development or programming through coursework, internships, or projects.
• Basic understanding of software engineering and design principles.
• Willingness to learn, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
