Architectural Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

The Associate/Senior Associate will lead architectural projects from concept through delivery, ensuring design quality, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. This position works closely with the Design Director and multidisciplinary teams on healthcare, commercial, hospitality and institutional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project design, technical compliance, contracts and execution, aligning with cost, schedule and quality standards.
• Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs, material specifications and construction documents.
• Guide and supervise project teams, coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors, and chair project meetings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, prepare approval submissions and monitor quality assurance processes.
• Manage project administration including fee proposals, contracts, payments and budget control.

Required profile

• 8 to 12 years of architectural experience, preferably with healthcare facilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a recognized graduate diploma.
• Strong understanding of local building codes and planning parameters, especially for healthcare projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams, resolve issues quickly and deliver projects on time.
