About the role

The Architectural Coordinator will lead and manage all architectural activities on construction sites, ensuring design intent is accurately translated into built form. This role involves close collaboration with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver high‑quality projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all architectural works on site.
  • Review and manage shop drawings, as‑built drawings, material submissions, and approvals.
  • Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors.
  • Liaise with client representatives, relevant authorities, and consultants for execution of work.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or coordination issues.
  • Attend technical meetings and prepare necessary documentation.

Required profile

  • Diploma or degree in Architecture.
  • Relevant experience in the construction industry.
