Architectural Coordinator

About the role

The Architectural Coordinator ensures alignment between architectural and construction drawings, supports the Project Manager on technical issues, and coordinates with subcontractors and consultants to resolve design discrepancies.

Key responsibilities

• Cross‑check architectural and construction drawings for discrepancies and report them to the Project Manager.
• Liaise with subcontractors to ensure their work complies with design specifications and regulations.
• Attend progress meetings to assist the Project Manager with technical and drawing issues.
• Monitor and supervise architectural submissions to guarantee timely delivery according to site progress.
• Coordinate with site teams and consultants to resolve design discrepancies and issues.
• Attend site inspections to verify that works conform to drawing specifications.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience with a main construction firm.

Required skills

• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings.
• Expertise in cross‑checking architectural and construction drawings for discrepancies.
