Architectural Designer – Design & Project Management

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Designer to support our Directors in delivering high‑quality design solutions and managing projects from concept through construction. The role involves creating design concepts, preparing client presentations, and ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations and ISO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Directors in architectural design, project implementation, and drafting authority submissions.
• Develop design concepts and detailed layouts using Autodesk AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Lead contract administration, conduct site visits, and chair or attend client, consultant, and technical coordination meetings.
• Present designs to clients and facilitate design workshops.
• Apply Singapore local authority codes to secure approvals and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate construction phases, monitor progress, and maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and coordinate submission forms, drawings, floor area calculations, and presentation materials for authorities.
• Maintain drafting and documentation templates in line with ISO standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore local authority codes and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
