Architectural Designer

About the role

The Design Abode is seeking a passionate Architectural Designer to join a collaborative team. You will be responsible for taking design concepts from initial ideas through to execution, working under the guidance of Associates or Directors.

Key responsibilities

• Take instructions from Associates or Directors and execute projects.
• Meet with clients to understand objectives and requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address needs.
• Prepare presentations for client review.
• Produce drawings and documents for authority submissions.
• Prepare tender drawings and documents for contractor quotations.
• Assess contractor quotations and manage construction contracts.
• Manage overall project schedule and track deliverables from all parties.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural practice.
• Familiarity with local FF&E trades.
• Strong creative and communication abilities.
• Passion for thoughtful design.
• Eligibility: Singaporean or PR.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
