Architectural Graduate – Entry Level Architecture Position

About the role

This position offers recent graduates and early‑career architects the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from concept to construction. You will collaborate with clients, consultants and authorities to develop design solutions that meet regulatory and functional requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients and professionals to define project briefs and develop them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare planning and regulatory applications, design proposals using CAD and traditional drawing methods.
• Assist in detailed design, coordinate design information, and produce tender documentation and construction drawings.
• Liaise with planning officers and other authorities to obtain statutory approvals.
• Attend site visits, record minutes, and support the project architect in resolving site issues.
• Produce and analyse specifications for materials and construction processes.
• Coordinate consultants, advise clients on contract procurement, and lead tender documentation preparation.
• Administer contracts, obtain client feedback, and conduct defect inspections.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in the architectural industry in Singapore or Malaysia (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Ability to work effectively within a team and in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with Singapore or Malaysia building regulations.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability.
• Proactive, conscientious work attitude.
