Architectural Manager (Construction, Residential Project)

About the role

The Architectural Manager will lead site coordination for architectural trades on residential construction projects, ensuring effective collaboration with architectural services and other on‑site trades. The role involves overseeing work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight and documentation to deliver high‑quality architectural outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site coordination for architectural trades and on‑site work, collaborating with architectural services and other trades.
• Manage architectural work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight and documentation.
• Assist in implementing, monitoring and reviewing the construction management plan, supervising and inspecting architectural work performed by subcontractors.
• Support the Project Manager in coordinating civil, structural, architectural and System‑Wide Contractors (SWCs).
• Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and maintain quality standards without deviation from authority requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lead subcontractors to ensure smooth progress, high quality standards and minimal defects.
