Architectural Modeller – BIM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Architectural Modeller to develop and maintain detailed 3‑D BIM models for a large‑scale hospital construction project in Singapore. The role involves creating accurate architectural drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting the BIM workflow throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D architectural models and BIM drawings for the hospital project.
• Prepare and update BIM models based on architectural drawings, design information and construction requirements.
• Produce architectural plans, elevations, sections and details directly from BIM models.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural, M&E and other building services models, and assist in clash detection.
• Incorporate design revisions, site changes and approved modifications into the BIM models.
• Maintain version control, ensure models comply with project BIM standards, and prepare BIM‑related reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, BIM or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in architectural modelling or BIM within the construction industry.
• Experience on hospital, healthcare or large‑scale building projects is an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction details and building components.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit and other BIM software.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred).
