Asia Pacific Data Center Growth Leader

About the role

Emerson is seeking an Asia Pacific Data Center Growth Leader to drive growth across the rapidly expanding data‑center market in the region. This strategic individual‑contributor position will lead complex, multi‑portfolio sales pursuits, build a robust project pipeline and strengthen Emerson’s position as a trusted technology partner for hyperscale, colocation, enterprise and cloud data‑center customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the APAC data‑center growth strategy aligned with regional and business‑unit objectives.
• Identify high‑value market opportunities, emerging trends and customer expansion initiatives across Asia Pacific.
• Lead strategic sales pursuits for large‑scale data‑center projects, coordinating multi‑functional teams from Control Systems & Software, Measurement Solutions and Final Control businesses.
• Drive opportunity qualification, account planning, stakeholder mapping and win‑strategy development.
• Build, maintain and expand a qualified pipeline of data‑center projects, establishing tracking and governance processes.
• Engage with global data‑center leadership to drive initiatives and secure timely support.
• Develop trusted relationships with data‑center owners, operators, developers, consultants, EPC firms and channel partners.
• Represent Emerson at industry conferences, customer events and data‑center forums across the region.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading strategic sales pursuits for large‑scale data‑center projects.
• Ability to develop and execute regional growth strategies.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication capabilities.
