Assistant Aesthetic Manager – Sales Lead

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Aesthetic Manager to drive sales at our Kovan outlet. You will lead a team of sales professionals, promote high‑end aesthetic medical services and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a premium clinic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales department to achieve monthly company sales targets.
• Independently drive sales initiatives and motivate the sales team to deliver results.
• Provide customer support and promote aesthetic medical services including Botox, injectable treatments, and advanced laser technologies.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand needs and deliver persuasive solutions.
• Close sales using strong negotiation and persuasion skills while maintaining a professional demeanor.
