Assistant BIM Manager – Architectural

About the role

Join SAA’s dynamic team in Singapore as an Assistant BIM Manager focusing on architectural projects. You will work alongside experienced BIM professionals to shape and enforce BIM standards, ensuring high‑quality digital delivery from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the BIM Manager in developing, implementing and enforcing office‑wide BIM standards and project‑specific procedures.
• Create and maintain project template files to guarantee compliance with company standards.
• Provide support for electronic file submission and Singapore BIM authoring requirements.
• Supervise and train Revit specialists, ensuring consistent BIM model quality.
• Conduct on‑the‑job BIM training and orientation for new staff and project teams.
• Prepare BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and monitor ongoing compliance throughout project stages.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, generate clash detection reports and verify contractor BIM for FM compliance.
• Communicate BIM processes and deliverables with clients, consultants and contractors.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in BIM within architectural projects.
• Proven ability to lead BIM initiatives and train multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, BIM for Facility Management and coordination workflows.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit.
• Deep knowledge of BIM processes, BIM Execution Plans and clash detection.
• Experience managing BIM deliverables for FM requirements and contractor compliance.
