Associate / Senior Associate – Architectural

About the role

Join SAA’s dynamic architecture team in Singapore as an Associate or Senior Associate. You will help shape urban environments from concept through construction, working alongside global talent to deliver high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee design, technical compliance, contracts and execution for assigned projects.
• Lead pre‑design studies, feasibility analyses, site and zoning reviews.
• Collaborate with the Design Director to develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs, material specifications and ensure alignment with client briefs, budgets and timelines.
• Produce and manage project documentation, including architectural layouts, details, specifications and tender contracts.
• Supervise and coordinate the project team, providing guidance to meet delivery objectives.
• Act as primary liaison with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders, chairing meetings to resolve issues.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, prepare approval submissions and monitor quality assurance processes.
• Handle project administration such as fee proposals, contracts, payments and budget tracking.
• Coordinate technical aspects with consultants, review construction documents and conduct site inspections.

Required profile

• 8 to 12 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or a Graduate Diploma in Architecture.
