Assistant BIM Manager

About the role

The Assistant BIM Manager will support the BIM Manager in driving BIM processes across design and construction phases. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate, coordinated digital models and smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Architectural, Structural, MEP and specialist trade BIM models.
• Conduct clash detection, resolve design conflicts and manage model federation.
• Lead shop‑drawing and as‑built drawing checks, liaising with consultants, authorities and subcontractors.
• Perform regular BIM quality checks and monitor deliverables against BIM Execution Plans.
• Guide BIM coordinators, modelers and drafters, and chair coordination meetings.
• Assist the BIM Manager in implementing standards, workflows and digital construction strategies.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or equivalent.
• 7‑8 years of drawing coordination and management experience in Singapore’s construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations (Building Code, BCA, URA, LTA).
• Proven ability to lead a coordination team and handle technical issues.
