Assistant Centre Manager (Novena)

About the role

Join the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents, share the centre’s vision and support community events that enhance student engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to the community.
• Share the centre’s vision and recommend suitable programmes for students.
• Support customer‑success initiatives such as special programmes, competitions and community events like fireside chats.
• Maintain relationships with parents, act as their advocate and manage ongoing communication.
• Plan lead‑generation events with partners (e.g., Parent Sharings, trial classes) and ensure class payments are received.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to assess students and follow up with parents for conversion.
• Handle general administrative duties including onboarding emails, data entry, data sorting and research.
• Keep customer information up‑to‑date in the CRM system and track student progress.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Polytechnic diploma or recognised degree in any discipline.
• Background in tutoring, learning centres or coaching is a plus.
• Comfortable working with children/teenagers and building a learner‑parent community.
• Available to work full weekends (Wednesday to Sunday) 9 am‑6 pm, public holidays off.
